User Supervisor
This screen is for maintaining access for users to login to the Internet Banking.
- Search You can search by the Customer, First Name, Last Name and User Id. Enter your search criteria and click Search.
User Status
- Created: The administrator has created the user and the user has been sent by email a registration form to complete.
- Pending Set-up: The user has completed the registration form and the administrator who created the user can set up the user’s access rights such as CIF/Accounts, Access Levels, Signature Groups, Daily Limits etc.
- Pending for Activation: The user was registered and the set-up was completed by the first corporate administrator who saved the user pending for activation. A second corporate administrator needs to check the user details and either Approve/Activate the user (the user's password is sent by email on activation) or Decline the user making the user's record Inactive so they cannot log on to the system.
- Active: Activated by the second administrator. An email was sent to the user with their credentials upon activation. The user can now log into the system.
- Inactive: Declined by the second administrator, the user cannot log into the system.
- Quick Links to the User Details and Entity Level screens.
- Approve Using the select check box click Approve. The user status and password status will now be Active. The user's id and temporary password will be sent by email.
- Decline Using the select check box click Decline. The user status will now be Inactive the password status will remain Created.
NOTE: You can only approve or decline a user that is in the status Pending for Activation.
